The Rowe-Weatherford Scholarships are funded through monies raised during the Top Cop Golf Tournament. Named after an FBI agent from Arkansas, Truett E. Rowe, and an FBINA Associate from this chapter, whom was killed in the line of duty June 12, 2017, Patrick Weatherford, the scholarships were established to assist children of law enforcement officers.

The Arkansas chapter is pleased to be actively involved in the FBI National Academy Associates Youth Leadership Program. This is a week-long program focusing on leadership development, for which youth from all across the country participate. The participants are sponsored by their state chapter of the FBI National Academy Associates, and spend the week in our nation's capital and at the FBI Academy in Quantico, Virginia.
